[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been very happy with this washing machine for its first couple of years. Unfortunately before its 6th year anniversary we have had to say goodbye to it as it has had power and display board issues that our local service provider has been unable to fix and properly diagnose (they are frustrated too). They have been liaising with Bosch and have been unable to pinpoint what the issue could be. I have already spent $ on a new display board which did not fix it and now it could be a main power issue. I have resolved to not spend any more money on it and purchase a new machine. My expectations were to have a washing machine, particularly at this level, for at least 10 years given the quality that Bosch seems to include in their product pitches. I would not recommend anyone goes with this machine if people are selling them as second hand - not reliable to last the distance unfortunately.
Very disappointing for the price!!!
Just out of warranty. Machine displaying error codes and then Bosch have been very un helpful. I would look at other alternatives for half of the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a growing family we needed a larger washing machine and the Bosch has been great. I would definitely buy again. The self dosing is so very convenient. The machine is so quiet I sometimes have to go and check that I actually turned it on. Other great features are the delayed start and eco settings. I will look to Bosch when I need to upgrade other appliances from now on.
