Absolutely outstanding service! After my Bosch German-made front loader decided to retire just a week before Christmas 2025, I called to enquire about replacement models made in Germany. Within 24 hours of that phone call, I had a brand-new washing machine delivered, installed, and my old machine taken away.
They helped me choose the right model for size and price, and even bettered the price over the phone, which already included delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit. The service was efficient, professional, and delivered with two big smiles.
To have this all happen within 24 hours, and just before Christmas, was incredible. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a seamless upgrade. Highly recommend!
