Awful product and appalling service from Appliances Online. Avoid and do not trust at all costs. We purchased this Bosch dryer + washer package, including delivery and installation, for ~$3000 AUD. The washer started showing an error right from the start. This error prevented us from using the washer. After more than a month, multiple phone calls, 3 full week days of work waiting at home for delivery and repair, and a technician that failed to solve the problem, we still don't have a working washing machine. In the end Bosch acknowledged the problem, and agreed to replace the washer for a new one. But of course here I am at 5.30pm on a work week day, after waiting the whole day for the delivery of the new replacement washer that Appliances Online promised would be delivered today in the morning, and that now seems will not be delivered at all. Nobody is accountable; it is impossible to speak to an Appliances Online manager; and the delivery is outsourced to an obscure third-party that is not reliable at all. Horrific experience. Will not do it again. I will now seek to get refunded and purchase a washer from another brand and provider.

Bought with the dryer. Secure packaging; complete instructions; all necessary tools including drill bit!; secure fit.

This is a great product the guys who installed it were fantastic. We have used the appliances now for a while and they are stable in all processes of operation
