Added Steam function
Ensuring perfect results from the inside and out, Bosch’s Added Steam function keeps bread loaves fluffy on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside. This can also be used to achieve delicious results when you’re reheating food or keeping roast meats tender. Simply add water to the container and you’re ready to add steam.
3D HotAir for even heat distribution
Bosch's 3D HotAir feature allows you to bake or roast on up to three levels at once. Optimal heat distribution on every level ensures evenly cooked food. The flavours do not intermingle, so you can bake dessert and roast dinner simultaneously.
Pyrolytic cleaning
This self-cleaning function takes all the effort out of cleaning the oven. When activated, this function heats the oven up to extreme temperatures which reduces grease and food residue into a fine ash, which can then be wiped away with ease.
Automatic cooking with AutoPilot
Autopilot calculates the optimum power and time required to prepare or defrost your meals taking the guesswork out of cooking. All you need to do is to place the dish in the oven, enter the weight and select the suitable operating mode.

Good oven but could be better.
I purchased this oven to replace my old Bosch oven that had served me well for 10 years plus.
I chose this oven for the steam function. I cook 2 dozen sausage rolls every week. The oven does a fantastic job. However, there are a few things that I find annoying. First, steam injection is not adjustable. If you use the steam cooking mode it will use the entire water supply in 45 minutes. I would prefer to have the ability to inject steam on demand when I determine it. This leads me into my second complaint. If you want to switch between cooking with and without steam you have to toggle through the cooking functions. It would be much easier to have the ability to switch between cooking functions with a single touch instead of 8. This leads into my third complaint. Eaching cooking mode has a default heat setting. If I start cooking with fan force, it's set for 185. I push the temp button 3 times to set it at 200. If I then want to inject steam for 10 minutes. I toggle through the programs untill I get the steam function, push start and the default temp is 165. I now need to hit the temp button to get it back up to 200. You should have the ability to set the temperature without having to adjust when toggling between cooking modes.
Overall, it's a good oven for the average household. In my experience, it's not as user friendly as it could be.
