Efficient
Really enjoying my new washing machine and the extra size. The wash quality has been excellent.
Frustrating
I have had my machine for over a year now so feel it is time to comment on it.
The good.
Wash results are consistently good.
The annoying.
First machine I have had where I can't change my mind and put it on rinse hold after the wash has started. Why ever not?
Some programs are ridiculously long. The 20/30 minute program is great, but over 2 hours for cotton is too long.
No way to interrupt the program to add items - even if the wash program has started for a just a few seconds stopping it empties any water before you can open the door.
The panel is too sensitive. If brush against it, or if you accidentally touch twice after taking off rinse hold it empties out. No way to stop it. If you have the panel go into eco mode (dark) this helps but if you touch it the wrong way when you bring it back on to check remaining time it will stop the program and empty.
The bad
Despite getting the floor level and having the installers back again I cannot consistently use the 1200 spin speed without excessive vibration/noise. Some items will be fine - strangely towels - but a mixed load of washing will often not be.
Overall - great build quality but needs a software update to fix what are glaring faults.
Disappointed
Bought this machine to replace my 15 year old Miele washing machine. Not even in the same ball park. Disappointed with the quality compared to my original machine and the wash results are poorer. The control panel is very sensitive and if you accidentally brush against it whilst in operation, it stops the wash and empties the water from the machine. There is no way of continuing with the wash and no way of preventing this from happening. Very frustrating that you need to start the program from the beginning, all over again. If you install the machine in a busy area, eg. near to your kitchen sink, it is very easy to come in contact with the panel - therefore I cannot recommend this machine.
