Updated from our previous miele machine as it had become beyone repair.
miele warranty
this is our second miele washing machine and although we cannot fault the washing machine my wife and i think 2 years free warranty is not enough for a well engineered machine,we could have bought a cheaper one with a longer warranty but we stuck with miele because you cannot beat them, our last machine had a ten year warranty with no problems for 16 years,miele should rethink there warranty for there machines.
Excellent washing machine for hard work!
The process for purchase, delivery and installation of our new washing machine was excellent, surpassed only by the machine itself! Our very busy and hard working household certainly gives this machine plenty to do and it performs wonderfully. Clothes are washed without causing damage, and the spin cycle is exceptional. Excellent machine for heavy and frequent loads. Absolutely recommend!
