Not great service
I just purchased the bundle of a washing machine and drier and booked it to be installed. Firstly the installers could not find the plug or the waste outlet to connect to. Secondly once they finally came back to find it they connected it to find that the machine which is brand new does not work. I have not heard from Miele to come back and fix it which I think it is appalling.
Miele is the best!
First Miele Tumble Dryer having had other Miele appliances over the years. Love the way it pairs with the Washing Machine to select the drying cycle. Thoroughly recommend to all.
