History
The company’s story began in 1925 with the founding of Blanc & Co in Oberderdingen, Germany by Heinrich Blanc. The ensuing years saw expansion and development: in 1941 it had begun manufacturing product for the commercial catering industry and by 1951, Blanco had produced its first stainless steel sink. In 1978, the company was launched in Australia, before expanding its kitchen technology solutions to encompass stainless steel cooking appliances. By the time the new millennium dawned, Blanco had become an industry-leader, acknowledged in 2003 - with their first global iF product design award. Now, over 30 years since entering the Australian market, Blanco have defined themselves with a wide portfolio of award-winning products.
