2026 BONUS Double Warranty on Selected Classic Freestanding Cookers

Promotional Period: 27 April 2026 – 1 July 2026

1. Information on how to claim this offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in the 2026 BONUS Double Warranty on selected Classic freestanding cookers (“The Offer”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoter is Smeg Australia Pty Ltd ABN 33 146 901 082 (“Promoter” or “Smeg”).

3. The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 27 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 1 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

4. The Offer is only valid for purchases made in Australia.

5. The Offer is provided upon redemption and is not available at the point of purchase.

6. The Offer is: BONUS Double Warranty on selected Classic freestanding cookers.

7. Appendix A lists all participating models eligible for the 4-year warranty offer.

8. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

a. “Participating Retail Store” means any one of the Australian retail stores authorised by Smeg to sell Participating Products and invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion.

Customers should contact the store prior to purchase to confirm eligibility.

b. “Participating Product” means any Smeg product listed in Appendix A supplied by Smeg in Australia and sold by a Participating Retail Store.

c. All colours of the Participating Products are applicable to the Promotion.

9. Notwithstanding the standard manufacturer’s warranty period, all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the Participating Products listed in Appendix A shall continue to apply in full. Under this Promotion, the duration of such warranty is extended from two (2) years to four (4) years from the date of purchase.

10. This warranty period runs from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to Smeg’s warranty terms and conditions (available at smeg.com.au).

11. Warranty is not transferable and is available to the original purchaser only.

12. The following are excluded from The Offer:

a. Any item not listed under Participating Products (Appendix A).

b. Any factory seconds or items purchased from an auction house.

c. Display models.

d. Purchases from any store or website that is not an authorised Smeg retailer.

e. Clearance items or items purchased from www.shop.smeg.com.au.

f. Complementary products or accessories

g. Small appliances

h. Professional ranges

i. Purchases from non-authorised Smeg retailers

13. This Offer is redeemable exclusively online via submission through the official promotion website: promotions.smeg.com.au.

14. Redemption is not available in-store, at the point of purchase, or via retailers.

15. Customers must complete the online claim process and provide proof of purchase within the Promotional Period.

16. To be eligible for The Offer, claimants must:

a. Be an Australian resident with an Australian residential and postal address.

b. Purchase through the Smeg Portal only; purchases by employees, family members, or friends of employees are excluded.

c. Be the end-user of the Participating Products, i.e. purchase must be for personal use and not for resale, rental, or commercial purposes.

d. Not claim as part of a multi-residential project, new homes development sale, or any purchase on a commercial invoice at commercial pricing.

e. have paid for the purchase in full during the Promotional Period (a deposit alone does not qualify);

f. Finalise purchase within the Promotional Period.

17. To register, customers must comply with the following process, during the Promotional Period, in order to claim:

a. purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period;

b. visit the website promotions.smeg.com.au

c. follow the prompts to the claim form;

d. input the requested personal details;

e. input the requested purchase information;

f. upload their Proof of Purchase issued by the Participating Retailer of purchase where prompted; and

g. submit the fully completed claim form no later than 11:59pm (AEST) on the 31 July 2026.

STRICTLY NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DATE.

18. Participating Products listed in Appendix A only qualify for an extended 4 years Warranty (promotional extension only).

19. Warranty is not transferable.

20. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs relating to installation, delivery, insurance, or retailer product care plans, including extended warranties or service agreements. Any participation in retailer warranties or service plans is between the Customer and the retailer or service provider, and the Promoter makes no representations or guarantees regarding these services.

21. Any costs associated with participation are the claimant’s responsibility, including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), and related expenses.

22. The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions, delays, or failures of online claim systems.

23. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the Promotion.

24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or modifies statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar laws.

25. The Promoter’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is subject to the Smeg Privacy Policy at smeg.com.au.

26. By participating, claimants consent to their personal information being stored and used for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
