Inside, the large-capacity oven provides generous cooking space along with five shelf positions, allowing multiple dishes to be prepared simultaneously. True convection technology uses a circular heating element and fan system to distribute heat evenly throughout the cavity. This ensures consistent cooking results while reducing cooking times and preventing flavour transfer between dishes.
A range of traditional and fan-assisted cooking functions makes the oven suitable for everything from roasting meats and baking cakes to grilling and finishing dishes with precision. The large grill and fan grill functions deliver even browning while retaining moisture, ideal for preparing steaks, sausages, and grilled breakfasts.
Cleaning is simplified with the integrated Vapour Clean system, which uses steam to soften food residue and grease inside the oven cavity, making maintenance quick and convenient. Combined with a durable Ever Clean enamel interior and removable glass door panels, the oven is designed to remain easy to maintain.

Vapour Clean
To keep your oven clean add a little water to the oven cavity floor and spray some water and detergent over the oven walls. Choose the Vapour Clean setting and allow the vapour to soften any residue. This can then be simply wiped off with a damp cloth once the cycle has finished.

Smeg’s patented Ever Clean enamel creates a flawless finish for the interior of their ovens. This smooth, durable material ensures the oven’s long-lasting performance as well as a surface that is effortless to keep clean.
Thermoseal technology
