Features such as powerMove Plus and flexMotion adapt power levels as cookware is moved, ensuring cooking continues seamlessly without manual readjustment.
The QuickStart function automatically detects where cookware has been placed and selects the correct zone, while wipeProtection temporarily locks the controls for easy cleaning during cooking. A childproof lock adds peace of mind, and the two-stage residual heat indicator shows which zones remain warm after use. These features make it just as suitable for everyday meals as for entertaining a crowd.

Cookware adaptability
Siemen cooktops with flexInduction Plus automatically extends heating zones in two directions. If one zone is too small, more inductors activate for even heat. Perfect for large pots, teppanyaki plates, or griddles, it offers exceptional freedom for creative and versatile cooking.
Touch and slide for total control
Dual LightSlider controls make it simple to adjust settings for each side of the cooktop. Just tap and slide to select zones and set heat levels. When switched off, the interface disappears into the sleek black glass surface, leaving the kitchen with a clean, modern, and uncluttered appearance.
Total control for frying
FryingSensor Plus ensures every dish is cooked at the right temperature. Choose from predefined heat levels, and the cooktop will alert you when the pan is ready, then maintain that exact heat. Perfect for delicate crêpes, golden schnitzels, or crispy salmon skin without burning or constant temperature adjustments.
Shift the heat by shifting the pan
With powerMove Plus, the cooktop is divided into three preset heating zones. High heat at the front, gentle simmering in the middle, and warming at the back.
