The deep Matte Black ceramic surface gives the cooktop a refined appearance while helping make minor scratches, fingerprints and streaks less visible than on standard ceramic induction glass. The surface also wipes clean easily.
Flexible Cooking with flexInduction
flexInduction automatically extends the cooking zone to accommodate larger cookware up to 24cm in diameter. Additional inductors activate when needed for even heating, while the flexible area also accommodates teppan yaki and griddle plates up to 40cm long.
FryingSensor Plus Total Control for Frying
The right temperature is crucial for frying. FryingSensor Plus offers five predefined temperature levels and alerts you when the pan reaches the ideal heat. It then maintains a consistent temperature, helping prevent scorching and delivering evenly golden results from your first crêpe to your last.
