Excellent
Quicker drying even for a heavy load than what it says on the timer.
Auto sensing over dries wasting electricity.
Purchased recently and have used it several times with a mixture of different load types including towels, mixed clothing (T shirts, shorts, underwear) and bed sheets. Every load has been dried thoroughly when I’ve opened the door thinking “gee it’s taking a while” with 15-35 min left on the display. The auto sensing just isn’t accurate and electricity is wasted on already dried clothes.
A good thing is it is very quiet.
Sheets have mixed results, definitely do not use Duver cycle for sheets, the ball and twist like a burrito, better to use Cotton, yes auto sensing does not detect the sheets are dried.
Machine basically written off after 2 years
Failed completely after 2 years. Unfortunately it was 2 months out of warranty. LG have given terrible service on trying to repair this, so no dryer for 8 weeks through winter In New Zealand. Finally, it appears the fault is in the compressor which cannot be repaired in New Zealand by their authorised repairer and the dryer is basically written off. Yet, it also states that there is a ten year warranty on the sealed unit compressor right here on the website! Beware would be my main impression.
