Good system when it works
I purchased this soundbar in December 2024 based on positive reviews to replace my entry level Yamaha system. Great sound with plenty of power. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with the subwoofer as it keeps dropping off (while sitting only 15 cm) away from the speaker and sometimes makes a crazy sound as if something drops. LG service didn't help much either with asking for more and more videos of this issue. First they asked for the video of the woofer while it was showing the symptoms. Once they received it they requested another one with system having a trouble and TV in the picture... I guess for the next one I will need to picture my whole house... I've been owning quite a few LG products, but after such a poor service I will keep away from LG.

Sound is much better than I expected and I expected a lot.....really good app helps work out best mode to play in

Sound quality is good only fault now and then drops in and out with bluetooth
