Amazing service all round!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing service all round! Call center were quick to respond to emails and made it clear what information I needed to provide. A repair was quickly scheduled and the services man arrived on time! He quickly diagnosed the issues, pulled the washing machine apart and repaired the pump in under 45min, what a legend! We were using our machine again within 4 days of reporting the issue. Thanks LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the performance of this machine. It provides me with quick wash, mix wash options as well individual options. I have never had to use a warm wash more than 20C to get cleaner linen.
