Disappointed
Seal tore within 6 weeks of owning the machine causing water to leak out of the door. LG support gave us no assistance, blamed us for misusing the machine.. our previous LG lasted 8 years so very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend
Great machine for a small family
Bought this through a government subsidy to replace an old top loader. Runs quietly , not as hard to load and unload ,as I had imagined ,coming from a top loader. Clothes come out much less wrinkled and a little dryer.
Clever and quiet!
This washing machine exceeds my expectations, having finally changed from a top loader to a front load model. It may look compact but it managed a full load quite capably. It is so much quiter than my old machine and I love the AI cycle so that I don't need to preset anything, just let it do its thing!
