Not built to last!
Have had for 3 years now from brand new.
Excellent washing maching and does everything advertised. However...
Gearbox/transmission has failed on us. Does not wash/adgitate clothes.
Outside of warranty period as 10years only includes the motor. Repair/parts cost are near equivalent to new machine so seems uneconomical.
Frustrating for a consumer. Clearly not built to last. Shouldnt expect to be buying a new machine every 2-3years for a single part.
The motor works and runs perfectly as it should for a 10 year warranty but means nothing if the machine can't wash clothes.
Excellent washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bathroom is very tiny so I was looking for a small but good washing machine. I have been using it for over 2 years and I'm very happy with it. There are different washing cycles and it is easy to operate. I have never had any issues and I strongly recommend it to anyone.
