Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried Italian herb mix
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- ¼ bunch chives (chopped)

Method
- Select Hot Air+Steaming on your V-ZUG CombiSteam and preheat to 230 ˚C.
- Line your black enamel baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite sized florets, leaving a little bit of the stalk on. It should look like a mini tree.
- Combine the parmesan, dried herbs and panko in a bowl.
- Gently dunk the tops of the cauliflower florets into the sour cream to just coat. Dip the coated top into the crumb mixture to cover. Place onto the tray and repeat with remaining pieces.
- Place into the oven on Levels 2. Cook for 8 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
- Serve sprinkled with chives.
