Do you have a commercial division?
Yes we do! Our Winning Appliances Commercial Division provides kitchen, laundry, and bathroom solutions to all sectors of the building and kitchen cabinet industry. Our commercial team work closely with architects, builders, and developers on a wide range of projects across Australia.
Do you sell on commission?
No, our Product Experts do not sell on commission. You can rely on us for unbiased and objective product advice, tailored to your household’s unique needs and specific project requirements.
How do you choose your product?
Our buying team has the experience, insight, and trusted business relationships to be able to source a peerless selection of appliances from the world’s finest brands. You are assured that Winning Appliances stocks only products of the highest quality.
Payment
What are your payment options?
- We accept in-store cash and credit card payments without added surcharge on American Express, Mastercard, and VISA.
- Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of goods.
- To secure the pricing for your order, we can accept a deposit payment (30% of the full order amount). To secure stock for your order, we need to receive full payment (100% of the full order amount).
- We also offer buy now, pay later options with Afterpay or PayPal Pay In 4 which allow you to pay in four instalments, interest-free, and Zip Money, which offers flexible, interest-free repayments.

Do you price match?
We strive to set competitive prices for our products. However, if you find a competitor offering a better price for the same individual product, sold with the same delivery and installation terms, we’ll lower our price to match it. The price must be publicly advertised within the last 14 days. Winnings DOES NOT price match any products displayed on auction websites (at auction or buy it now prices).

Our Delivery Service
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer a free delivery service from Monday to Friday in metropolitan and other selected areas.
This is subject to reasonable access, which allows for two delivery people to complete the delivery manually.
Saturday delivery is available within the Sydney metropolitan area at a charge of $40 per delivery drop.
Deliveries are provided by the Winning Services delivery and installation team. They are our partner organisation and a member of the Winning Group of businesses, which includes Winning Appliances.
Who provides your delivery service?
Deliveries are provided by Winning Services, which is part of the Winning Group, and also includes Winning Appliances. Deliveries are carried out by our own teams of delivery and installation experts. Because we work closely with Winning Services, this helps to ensure deliveries are seamless so you can enjoy a better shopping experience.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to metropolitan areas and other selected areas in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the ACT. Check here to see if your area falls within our delivery zones.
We don’t ship interstate or internationally.
How long does delivery take?
If the item is in stock in our warehouse, we can provide next day delivery (subject to area).
If it is not currently in-stock, we’ll work hard to get it to you as soon as possible, while keeping you informed as to the progress of your delivery.
What will happen at the time of delivery?
We will remove the packaging and can take away your old appliances.
Old appliances being removed from your home must be similar to the new appliance to be delivered, and fully disconnected from power, water, and gas (gas disconnections must be performed by a licensed plumber).
All clothes dryers need to be taken down from wall brackets prior to your delivery team's arrival.
Additionally, please ensure that any appliances collected by our team are in a hygienic condition and located in an area that allows for safe removal.
Will you install the product?
We will perform a free standard connection for washing machines, dryers and fridges - “connection” in this case referring to plugging an appliance to an available power supply, or hooking a laundry appliance up to available plumbing.
For the installation of appliances such as cooktops, ovens and any applications requiring modifications to existing cabinetry or joinery, you will need to request an installation. Our Winning Services team includes licensed tradespeople who will be able to deliver, then install your new appliance. This service is available at an extra charge.

We uphold a commitment to sustainable practice both in the processes we employ, from disposal of old packaging and recycling of old appliances, to the sale of products that represent some of the most efficient and environmentally friendly appliances on the market.
Our After Sales Service
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes we do - please contact your nearest store to advise on the availability of the part you need. If we don’t have it immediately in stock we’ll endeavour to source it as soon as possible.
Who should I talk to if something goes wrong with my appliance?
If an appliance you have bought from us requires a service - either in or out of warranty, you can call our Service Department and we will contact the supplier/manufacturer on your behalf. To book a service call, please contact the team on 02 9694 0210 during our opening hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm or email service@winning.com.au.

I want new appliances for my renovation - where do I start?
We understand that starting a renovation can be a daunting prospect. Remember, we’re there to help you make the process smooth, easy - and even inspiring! Feel free to contact one of our showrooms and begin a discussion with an industry expert about the outcomes you want to achieve. We can cover everything from the technical specifications to advice on style choices, while working with your architect or builder to deliver the best possible outcome for your project.
I need a replacement appliance right now - what should I do?
Sometimes your trusted fridge or freezer may break down unexpectedly. If you need a replacement in a hurry, write down the dimensions of your old appliance (so as to make sure the new one will fit) then call us to discuss your options and organise next day delivery.
How do I know which product is right for me?

Do you design complete kitchens?
No - we don’t. Ultimately, that is the responsibility of professional designers and architects. However, we are able to work closely with those professionals to find the perfect appliances for their design specifications.
What are the Cooking Demos?
Our cooking demonstrations are fun and informative sessions hosted by our suppliers or in-store experts which provide you with first-hand experience of the appliances in action. They are held regularly held in-store at Winning Appliances showrooms.
How do I join a session?
These sessions are free but you will have to book here to indicate your attendance.
