Ingredients
- 1/4 cup yuzu
- 8 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 nip (30 ml) yuzu syrup
- 1 part orange juice
- 2 parts sparkling water

Method
Combine all ingredients into small saucepan and bring to boil until sugar is dissolved.
Turn down to a simmer and leave to infuse for 5 mins. Allow to cool.
Garnish with a slice of lime, or Kaffir lime leaf.
