Festive Bark
Ingredients
- 250g milk chocolate, melted
- Pretzels, broken in half
- Edible eyes
- Red M&Ms
- Toasted coconut
Method
- Melt milk chocolate in a small saucepan until smooth.
- Spread evenly a thin layer of melted chocolate over a glass surface, or baking paper. Place pretzels, edible eyes and red M&Ms on the melted chocolate to form Rudolph.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut and place in fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
- Snap bark and eat straight away.
