Aniseed Biscotti

 

Ingredients

  • 185g butter
  • 190g caster sugar
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 3 eggs
  • Aniseed essence
  • Vanilla
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt


Method

    Beat butter, sugar


    Add egg


    All other ingredients, roll into log and bake 15 minutes, cool cut and re bake


    Bake 180 10 to 12 minutes
