V-ZUG Australia Pty Ltd – Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional offers (“Promotion”) provided by V-ZUG Australia Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).

1. Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12:00 am on 6th February 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 28th February 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

2. Eligibility

a. The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

b. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, participating retailers or associated agencies are not eligible to receive complementary items.

c. The Promotion applies only to domestic (residential) purchases and excludes commercial, project or trade sales unless expressly authorised by the Promoter in writing.

3. Qualifying Purchase Requirements

a. To receive a complementary item, customers must purchase eligible V-ZUG product(s) listed in the Promotion from a participating Winning Appliances retail showroom during the Promotional Period.

b. Qualifying purchases must be made in a single transaction.

c. The purchase must be paid in full, or in accordance with Winning Appliances’ retail deposit policy at the time of purchase.

d. Only the specific product models and item codes listed in the promotional materials qualify.

4. Complementary Items

a. Complementary items associated with each qualifying purchase are strictly limited to the specific models and item codes outlined in the Promotion.

b. No cash alternative, product substitution, credit, or exchange is offered.

c. Complementary items are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with an equivalent product of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion if required.

5. Fulfilment & Redemption (No Claim Required)

a. No claim is required to receive the complementary item.

b. The Promotion is fulfilled directly at the point of sale when the qualifying product(s) are purchased from a Winning Appliances retail showroom within Australia.

c. The complementary item will be added to the sales order at zero cost by Winning Appliances at the time of purchase, subject to stock availability.

d. The purchaser must ensure that both the qualifying item(s) and complementary item(s) appear on the same sales order issued during the Promotional Period.

e. The complementary item cannot be added retrospectively to prior purchases, incomplete quotes, or orders placed outside the Promotional Period.

6. General Conditions

a. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly authorised by the Promoter in writing.

b. The Promotion excludes commercial sales, trade discounts, staff discounts, display stock, clearance items, or seconds unless otherwise stated.

c. Complementary items are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

d. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Any such changes will be communicated via the Promoter’s website or through participating retailers.

e. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Warranty & Liability

a. All V-ZUG appliances purchased under the Promotion, including complementary items, carry their standard manufacturer’s warranty.

b. The Promotion does not alter, extend, or replace these warranties.

c. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the Promotion

or use of the products.

d. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at [insert link]. Information will be used solely for administrative and operational purposes relating to the Promotion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
