ProfessionalMode
V-ZUG’s intuitive ProfessionalMode lets you adjust the cooking temperature by simply moving your cookware to a new position on the cooktop. Moving your pan vertically lets you switch between power levels, going from boiling to simmer with ease.
PowerPlus
If PowerPlus is activated, the selected zone operates at extra-high power for up to 10 minutes, ideal for getting large pots of water to the boil rapidly.
Precise induction cooking
Induction cooking heats the metal on your pots and pans rather than the cooktop itself, making this a safe cooking option for families, while offering fast and precise heating.
