OptiClean for Teppan Yaki
Keep your kitchen looking pristine thanks to V-ZUG's OptiClean function. When you’re finished cooking, you can add water to the cooking surface and the OptiClean function will use heat to help soften grease and burnt-on food for easier cleaning.
Pause cooking option
When you’re entertaining guests, cooking multiple dishes, or simply need to stop cooking temporarily, you can activate the Pause function to set the cooking zone to low heat for ten minutes.
DualDesign frame
The innovative DualDesign frame gives you two installation options for your induction hobs: top-mounted or fitted flush. This ensures your cooktop seamlessly integrates with your kitchen aesthetic.
Optimal Cooking Temperature
You can activate specific functions designed for particular ingredients such as meat, vegetables, and fish. This delivers the optimal temperature to ensure perfectly cooked food.
