Cooking is made more intuitive with ProfessionalMode, enabling you to adjust the temperature by simply moving your cookware. You can from a rapid boil to a gentle simmer with a simple gesture. To further simplify your experience, the full-colour graphic touchscreen display with slider controls lets you monitor and optimise your cooking with ease.
The stunning DualDesign frame lets you install this exquisite cooktop to effortlessly match your kitchen aesthetic. You can install the cooktop as a top-mount with an elegant bevelled edge, or seamlessly integrate the hob into your kitchen benchtop with flush installation. ProfessionalMode
V-ZUG’s intuitive ProfessionalMode lets you adjust the cooking temperature by simply moving your cookware to a new position on the cooktop. Moving your pan vertically lets you switch between power levels, going from boiling to simmer with ease.
PowerPlus
If PowerPlus is activated, the selected zone operates at extra-high power for up to 10 minutes, ideal for getting large pots of water to the boil rapidly.
Teppan Yaki function
The cooktop will automatically detect when you place the included premium Teppan Yaki plate on the cooking zone. Designed for the FullFlex induction hob, this versatile cookware gives you freedom to explore various cuisines and recipes.
GourmetGuide
