My foodie friends have been telling me for years that I needed a Vitamix, & now that I have one I am happy to admit they were right! I am having a blast seeing what it will do. One thing that especially pleases me is that I don't need to peel or gut tomatoes if I am making a cooked tomato sauce, & good blast with the Vitamix & I have a perfectly smooth sauce with all the nutrients that are in the peels & seeds. And cleaning could not be easier with the preset. Looking forward to exploring this product's many capabilities!

I love this machine. It's La Machine on roids. It's powerful and can cut and puree anything in it's path. Cheese, vegetables, nuts Large. Etc. It's a dynamo to work with. If you need to grind up small seeds you will need to get the smaller attachments to get the seeds ground. I bought this in 2019 and is still going strong only the drive socket needed replacement. I highly recommend this machine even though you cant purchase this now the new one looks much better. I like that they stopped using the larger rubber stabilizer on the new one as this 3500 has that large rubber piece and it makes it difficult to clean off lol it attracts anything dry. But I will say the finest blender I have used.

Fantastic unit that used every single day. Wireless feature is consistent for various uses and provides consistent results in all categories.
