Premium Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted with the quality of this TV. The picture clarity and detail are brilliant. The level of brightness is outstanding - I like my picture very bright and this TV has no problem reaching very high brightness, so much so that on the maximum setting it is too bright even for me. This is a big advantage over OLED TVs where one would start to worry about the possibility of burn-in at such high brightness levels. So if you prefer not to have to ever think about burn-in, then RGB is definitely the way to go. I viewed this TV right next to the Bravia 8 ii and the Bravia 9 ii. The Bravia 7 ii picture quality comes very, very close to both of those premium TVs. If the Bravia 9 ii came in a 55 inch model, I would have bought it but it only starts at 65 inches for the time being. I also compared the Bravia 7 ii to the equivalent Samsung RGB model and the Sony clearly had a much better picture. My only criticisms of the Bravia 7 ii are: the included remote does not have buttens for numbers 0-9; I know this is common across all brands but I am old school and prefer the ease of just pressing the number buttons to quickly select stations (I have bought a third party remote with number buttons to fix this). Secondly, I am very fussy about sound and need better sound than what you get from the TV speakers. Again this is a common shortcoming across all brands and even with premium televisions. I have now added the Sony Sub 8 subwoofer which connects wirelessly to the Bravia 7 ii and that subwoofer alone has made a significant improvement to the overall sound. I will add further wireless surround speakers to get the sound even better. Overall, I am very satisfied and have no doubt that the Bravia 7 ii is an excellent premium TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 2 weeks ago and it doesn’t disappoint. Picture quality is fantastic especially with movies and gaming. Sound is good but to get the best experience a surround sound system is a must.
