UPDT2022-03-26
Great sound but keeps displaying "UPDT"
Like the product, sound is great. Easy set up but have to keep resetting back to default settings because "UPDT" constantly appears in the display and the only way to get rid of it is to reset the whole system. I have downloaded the SONY app on my phone which shows the correct system but there is no firmware update or any downloads available for the unit. Tried online chat with SONY but failed. Tried calling but on hold for over an hour. This problem has occurred 4 times now and I've only had the unit 3 weeks. Extremely frustrating. If there is no fix for this, I may have to look at returning it because it is obviously a fault.

WORKED fine!!!!
Hi I’m very disappointed in this product!!!!!it worked great for a couple of months then it just turned off completely by itself!!!!now it doesn’t turn on please help
