I've only used it a couple of times so far but love it already. It's quiet and thoroughly cleans and dries the dishes. Fabulous!

I bought this dishwasher in June 2019 to replace my 7 year old LG. It is quite good and gets my dishes clean, but I don't really like it as much as my LG. The Smeg doesn't appear to be as well built as the LG and the dish trays don't seem to run as smoothly. I dislike the cutlery tray immensely. They give you a cutlery basket as well, but it is a very strange design and I found it hard to use. There also doesn't appear to be enough room to use the cutlery basket when you have a large number of dishes. The controls aren't really very easy to use. You have to press fairly hard to make them register and have to press 3 buttons to set your wash choice and start the wash cycle. I feel that the front panel would dent very easily. It doesn't seem as solid as the LG. It is quiet though and does get dishes clean. There was also a free extended warranty offer when purchasing before 30th June, so Smeg obviously have faith in their product. The price was good.

I have had the Smeg DWA 6314W that I purchased through Appliances Online for about a month now. After researching available appliances with the features and price range I was wanting, I decided to buy the Smeg. So far, I am very happy with the dishwasher, and I took advantage of the extended warranty that was available at the time. The delivery and customer service from Appliances Online was definitely above expectation. I will always shop around, but will keep Appliances Online as a retailer who I will check out.
