Thermoseal technology
Smeg’s unique Thermoseal technology maintains the ideal atmospheric balance within the oven to achieve the best cooking conditions. Ambient air is not drawn into the oven, ensuring cold air does not interfere with the cooking process. This environment delivers succulent roasts, crisp pastries, and brilliant baking.
Ever Clean enamel
Smeg’s patented Ever Clean enamel creates a flawless finish for the interior of their ovens. This smooth, durable material ensures the oven’s long-lasting performance as well as a surface that is effortless to keep clean.
Vapour Clean
To keep your oven clean add a little water to the oven cavity floor and spray some water and detergent over the oven walls. Choose the Vapour Clean setting and allow the vapour to soften any residue. This can then be simply wiped off with a damp cloth once the cycle has finished.
Soft close door
The new soft-close mechanism on Smeg's oven doors ensures a two-stage soft and quiet close. Smeg's quality hinges also ensure the door will not drop on opening, an intrinsic safety feature.
