CAST IRON HOTPLATES The bbq’s interlocking grill system, hotplate and burners are in high quality cast iorn to guarantee superior durability. FLAME FAILURE DEVICE Adhering to the highest safety standards each of the five burners features a flame failure safety device. Should the flame be accidentally extinguished, the gas supply will cease and the flame can only be reignited by following the normal ignition procedure. FAT AND OIL COLLECTION SYSTEM Healthy cooking is assured with Smeg’s unique fat and oil collection system. The inclined cooking plates and integrated liquid waste receptacle drain excess fat and oil away from the food and cooking surface, STAINLESS STEEL WARMING RACK The convenient stainless steel warming rack enables cooked food to be kept warm. |
