bought 10 years ago and still going strong. i will buy again.

i bought this samsung (not my first one) on the 28th of May 2022, i have used this brands for years, however, one day in october five months later and after a normal daily wash i see the steel ring around the rubber door (door seal) out of its place, water ofcourse started to leak from the door, and after hours of chasing samsung service assuming that i am still covered by warranty that includes all parts and after tons of calls and photos and videos, this is the reply i get from samsung: This email is in connection with your Samsung Washing Machine. We reviewed the photos that you sent us and based on our Tech Team's assessment this is considered as not a manufacturing fault and cannot be covered under warranty. The damage may have been caused by clothes that got trapped in the seal during a cycle pulling the rubber as it spins. Unfortunately, Samsung is not prepared to offer you a free of charge remedy at this time. We can refer you to a Service Representative who can assist you, however, charges may apply. so according to samsung, a piece of cloth got trapped in the rubber while spinning, well what do you know.. was i supposed to not use clothes in there? or did the clothes move in a wrong way due to a manufacturing error?! both ways i dont see how this is not their issue.. bottom line i threw it out and i bought a bosch. amazing how the quality of the door rubber and seal is better.. this is what i get for loyalty to one brand over the years, i missed out on better ones! i honestly hope you benefit from this review.

The machine works well but after only 2 years 3 month we have noticed the labels are wiping off. After researching the issue we found to be a common complaint but samsung will not accept they have a problem and despite only being 3 month out of warrantee will not provide assistance.
