There's no way to get them to install this
From Samsung support - "I recommend to contact third party installer as we don't have available installation option as of the moment" - this took 1.5 hours to confirm - please avoid this product

lack of information with this product.
Stacking unit is available but there are no manual or documentation for more information on the installation. Even if you buy a washing machine and the combo together. The basic installation does not cover if the delivery guys can install this product in the basic installation coverage. For a company like Samsung, it is unbelievable that they are lacking documentation.
