Fallen apart less than 5 years old
Unfortunately this machine has fallen apart under 5 years old and too expensive to repair. What a waste, such a shame as i never had a problem until one cycle it just died and the seal broke into a million pieces and the drum came loose and bearings apparently fell off
Initially good but now useless machine
Alright machine in first couple years although since then, the rubber ring at entrance of front loader has failed/broken twice and now the drum has completely come loose and bangs everywhere rendering it useless. Warranty only valid for two years. Machine is only 5 years old. Apparently they should be good for a minimum 8 or so years
scam
Bought this washer (WW85K54E0UW) exaclty after warranty period control panel stopped working, machine runs on standard cycles but cant change anything including delay timer, i Had samsung Fridge similar thing happened failed few month after warranty period, looks like a scam
