Unfortunately after having two of these taps fitted, we encountered the same issue with both taps and had to substitute it for another brand - of which we are now very happy with. The issue was that we could not get cold water to run through the tap, only hot and warm - unless we turned off the hot water tap at the main under the sink, then cold would run through. Three plumbers we have used agree there may be an issue with the cartridge not letting the water run through. Oliveri say they have not had any issues with these taps, and perhaps we encountered a small batch with an issue. Appliances Online arranged for the taps to be replaced and reinstalled at no cost to us (thank you), although we are still awaiting the refund for the difference of the tap we swapped it for.

This is the third kitchen tap I've bought since revamping the kitchen 18 years ago. The main reason for this choice is it is specifically marketed as made to match my model sink. It's now been installed about 3 months and so far am very happy with it. Much much better than the second tap which was a plumber's choice. The pressure is good, the tap swivels easily between the two sinks, but also has a gentle locking position at the extremes of the swing so that the tap stays in place.

Only recently installed, and yet to be used regularly. A perfect choice for our limited space and the best available. I would have preferred a metal cover on the hose for easier retraction of the hose, but very good value and functionality for the price.
