Booklet... the technology is brilliant, & the items washed are so clean & fresh.
I recommend using the Miele Twin Dos system as it removes sweat,odour & stains.
Very happy even after just 2 weeks of use.
And yes only tank water available for us

Very sleek and very quiet. I almost forgot that I'd it was running.
The large dial know names it easy to select the different functions. With the Twin-Dos functionality, my clothes cone out smelling really fresh abd sparkling clean. Highly recommended
Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a washing machine and was completely unaware that I needed to separately pay for installation. 2 weeks after delivery, the machine sits on pallets in our new apartment. Miele refuse to do anything about it. Even Appliances Online offer to connect it up. The machine weighs 90kg and we have paid for a luxury product. Never again I am afraid .
