I bought this on Friday delivered on 26th June 2018 very carefully installed expert advice very understanding satisfied 100% happy customer extremely quiet had walk in the kitchen to make sure it was on to find the machine spinning powerwash is superb very clean outstanding results beautifully made very heavy weighes nearly 15 stone this machine won’t bounce around the floor very easy to use highly recommend its not a cheap machine but definitely worth every penny peace of mind and insured for 10 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the machine for just over a week now. The first thing that struck me was how quiet it is. After the very polite delivery crew fitted it, something which I liked was how the transit bars are stowed on the machine, particularly useful if you move around a lot. Once the machine is level you have to run a calibration program, without any laundry in, so the machine can optimise its performance depending on the unique circumstances of your home. The program was extremely quiet and I put this down to the lack of laundry, well I was wrong. The first proper load went in on a cottons program and I forgot the machine was on it was so quiet. The touch sensitive control panel is very easy and intuitive to use, with a lot of variations to the preset programs depending on what you want to achieve ie quicker wash, eco setting, different spin speed etc. The machine is set up for the most efficient wash however there are loads of extra options you can choose from if you want to deviate from that program. Other features include a code which prevents inadvertent operation of the machine, useful if you have young ones in the house. I like having an alarm which beeps at the end of the program to alert you especially useful if your machine is in another room such as a utility room. You can change from Celsius to Fahrenheit, adjust the brightness, even turn the display off if you want to save energy and it has a memory function so you can save your ‘favourite’ program to recall next time. The operating instructs are very clear and well laid out and easy to read and follow. The only thing I don’t like is the cap dosing system which I think is a waste of plastic and packaging. Features which I really like: The lack of noise, it’s so quiet. So many different variations to a standard program to suit your needs. You can add laundry at the beginning of the program. It has a sportswear program especially, if like me, you have a family who are regularly going to the gym, running or playing rugby. It has an outerwear program for washing performance outerwear. The ability to increase and decrease the temperature of most washes. To be honest there are so many good functions it’s hard to separate them out. But what really stands out is the flexibility the machine gives you to adapt the programs to your needs. If like me you are also doing your bit to try and reduce your impact on the earths resources, this machine has many functions so you can minimise the energy, water and detergent you use to do your washing and save you a penny or two in the process, win win. Overall it’s a great machine and I’m really pleased with it.
