Poor service all round.
Very poor service from the start after purchase. Said a viable and then month go by and keep getting delayed until I complained to pull order and then it was amazingly available. I am a Miele fan but the service has changed and didn’t feel like valuable customer more like I was doing them a favour buying it. Think twice and look at other cheaper brands that value you. This was not an enjoyable process and never written a poor review before but this was not good.
