Not what I had hoped it would be like. When I can get the batteries to charge it works ok on floor boards, but it doesn't work on my rugs! Both rugs are flat and not overly thick but the rollers stop spinning, even on the lowest setting so it's kind of useless to me if I can't vacuum my rugs! I prefer my original cord zero that came with 2 floor heads, they never gave me an issue with my rugs.So i'm disappointed with my purchase.

I tried all the well known stick cordless vac brands in the store and found it difficult to choose. I whittled down to 3 brands. All had good suction but only the LG was able to pick up a fine strand of hair on the floor plus it had the best suction. Great having two removable batteries. Mid strength suction is sufficient for picking up anything in its way hair, grit, crumbs, fluff on carpet and hard floors. Battery lasts a long time. Only used the Max power when using the other nozzles in between furniture. On Max power it only lasts a few minutes, but with the extra battery I was able to carry on. Easy to use, empty, clean and store. It's lighter than other higher end products. Removing the battery from the vac body is a bit tricky and needs good finger strength. Would be difficult for those with weak hands. I am very pleased with this vac. I highly recommend it.

I have put up with this vac for over 6 months, every time I use it the battery needs charging. Cannot use it on a higher suction . It is extremely hard to remove the battery!!!! Not happy.
