This WashTower is an absolute unit! Once installed, the capacity is huge; we’ve already done doonas; it runs whisper quiet; and the auto dosing is a game changer I didn’t even know I needed; now I’m wondering why my dishwasher can’t do it too. It looks that good it’s basically become a house tour feature, and it’s made washing and drying dead easy, especially with kids’ clothes; no hanging about, just chuck it in and you’re done. For me, the time saved plus the confidence the AI is washing properly makes it well worth the spend.

The LG WashTower washes most items very well — clothes, delicates, and everyday laundry come out clean and dry without issues. Unfortunately, towels are a major problem. Despite trying multiple wash cycles, load sizes, and settings, towels consistently do not wash or dry properly. The machine often gets stuck during the rinsing stage, leaves soap residue in the towels, and they still feel under-washed. I frequently have to run an extra rinse cycle followed by another drying cycle just to get them usable. For a premium-priced appliance, this is extremely disappointing. Towels are a basic household item, and having to rewash and re-dry them defeats the purpose of an all-in-one tower system. After experiencing this and then reading multiple reviews reporting similar towel-related issues, it’s clear this is not an isolated case. Overall, great performance for most laundry — but the towel issue significantly impacts usability and value for money. At this price point, I expected consistent results across all wash types.

I love built-in technology which can automatically sense the load weight and set the wash or dry time. The LED Light is innovative where we can see through drum. The fabric softner dispense will pull the liquid as required, this helps not to pour too much softer than required. I like the LG app integration, Monitor wash timings and stay in control from your phone. Moreover engergy monitor feature will help to trace how much kwh the Tower used. After months of use, it is proven to be a great investment, saving weekly trips to the laundromatry. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, smart features, and long-term savings.
