I love built-in technology which can automatically sense the load weight and set the wash or dry time. The LED Light is innovative where we can see through drum. The fabric softner dispense will pull the liquid as required, this helps not to pour too much softer than required. I like the LG app integration, Monitor wash timings and stay in control from your phone. Moreover engergy monitor feature will help to trace how much kwh the Tower used. After months of use, it is proven to be a great investment, saving weekly trips to the laundromatry. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, smart features, and long-term savings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG.. you have done it again. Excitement from the minute we placed our order, and still filled with excitement using the machine. The drums are massive, and our first wash was our blankets and it did it with such ease! The functionality is great, easy to use, set and forget. We've used the machine almost every day and it truely doesn't dissapoint. The AI implementation is second to none, detecting your washing loads and applying the correct cycle, detergent amounts, and run times. My husband has very delicate work shirts, and the AI detection makes it so easy and carefree from having to manually select wash cycles and types. Mind you the machine is big, and will need some manpower to manuover it into position. It's sleek, stylish and compliments our laundry well. It's whisper quiet so setting loads and dryer cycles overnight is made easy, wake up and you're load is either dryer ready or wear ready. I love it and have already recommended it to family and friends! LG is one of the most trusted and bang-for-buck brands, we love LG and this washer/dryer is one of our most favourite LG purchases to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time experiencing a WashTower (or even just vertically stacked washer-dryer combo for that matter) and the first thing you’ll notice is that despite its space-saving design the 19kg/10kg WashTower is still on the gargantuan side… but somehow seemingly bigger on the inside. The drum sizes mean washing and drying a doona or double dog beds doesn’t even phase it; no complaint from it or me. While the initial unboxing was a hefty struggle once it was in situ its simple design elegantly blended into the surrounds and became almost too pretty to sully with our dirty laundry. The ezDispense system is a dream; though it can be a little confusing at first as some countries label “High Efficiency” (HE) detergents and concentrates differently - after some googling and cross-referrencing it seemed that most of the standard washing liquids are fine; just don’t use squishy gel pods. The speed and efficiency of the WashTower is something to behold too. A standard full load of washing and drying takes around 2hrs; down from around 5-7hrs with my old washer-dryer combo. While I think the “AI Wash” mode is just rebranded “fuzzy logic” using conventional onboard sensors I have found myself just using it as a set-and-forget kind of mode. The most useful aspect about the WashTower is the ThinQ integration; having “smart” capabilities in modern appliances seems a bit bougie but for someone with weaponised ADHD, being able to integrate the WashTower into my HomeAssistant setup and send push notifications to my phone when the washing is done has been amazing. No longer will my soggy clothes sit in the dormant machine for hours (read: days) long after the wash cycle has finished. In conclusion; the price puts the WashTower almost into a league of its own but so does the unquestionable quality and actually useful features. Did I mention the 10 year warranty?
