Pick a different machine
Its just all the little things that go wrong with this machine, it works, i guess, reliably, as in the motor doesn't break
However theres a list of things that have just frusturated me or made me think the product is poor quality over the 3 years of use
Centre agitator cap broke
The lint filter guards always come off, the machine even swallowed one.
The soft close stopped working after about 6 months, and leaked the hyrdaulic oil everywhere, then went through a very squeaky phase
Never puts enough water in when turned on and start.
Cant do a fast cycle for a large load, or a ultra spin cycle for a fast load either (why?) If i want clothes washed fast, why would i want them sopping wet so they take longer to dry?!
Clothes always get tangled up and are a pain to separate, has actually caused some clothes to be stretched and no longer usable
Just waiting for it to die so i can buy something better.
Worst washing machine ever
We've had this machine for 3 years. The last 2 years we have "put up with" disgusting lint being left on our clothes after each wash.
We have to clean the filters EVERY time we wash...... we clean the machine regularly with washing machine cleaner, soak the filter once a month a scrub it.
We have NEVER had to do any of the above with any other brand. Also having no agitator, the clothes are a tangled mess after each wash. I am so annoyed we need to pay for a new washing machine after 3 years when it is perfect, mechanically.
Ruins clothes!
I have had this machine for at least 18 months now.
The rubber part of the filter has snapped off, it tears my clothes, tangles clothes especially if washing long sleeved tops or pants, stretches them and is incredibly noisy.
