Not bidirectional tumble. Big fail.
I bought this dryer a few years ago. I find disappointing that after all the thinking for making this machine, the engineers did not think to make the tumbling bidirectional. It's such as simple thing to do. As result, it creates balls of bed sheets and make knots of anything possible.
Amazing product, amazing service
Amazing product, amazing service, especially by the delivery team at appliances online. He went through step by step how to use all the parts and procedures. It has barely made a dent in our power usage. From time to time it struggles with sheets (but thats normally the duvet/donna covers eating the pillows). I use it for nearly everything except for the 6 foot teen who cant afford to have his clothes shrunk! Its completely changed our day to day.
Very Disappointed!
Purchased in January 2025 first time an LG Brand, not happy. Had front loaders for years, other brands and fantastic.
This machine is so rough on clothes and towels. Quite wash is only cycle which doesn't eat clothes......yet!
Very disappointed . Back to the wash board for me!
