Not the smartest purchase I've made.
I bought the dryer and washing machine combo around 10 years ago, when I was about 18, as an investment for my future home. They sat in boxes, unopened, for 3-4 years. I started using them, but after about 2 years, the dryer began leaking water on the floor, and the heat exchange system has been problematic ever since. Despite taking good care of them, no replacement parts were nor are available from what i was told. Now, the washing machine has blown its spider bearing, so overall, it’s lasted no more than 6 years. I'm really disappointed, especially since I spent around 2k on each appliance. My parents bought a Bosch combo 2 years earlier, and they are only just showing signs of bearing failure after 12 years of use.
Bearings gone!
Now an older washing machine, but failed the drum bearings at 7 years. Only used every other day. Would expect it to last longer than this. Now uneconomic to repair. Everything else still working correctly. The front panel started rusting along one of the panel seams. Avoid.
Crap products...
Have had this and a dryer, both purchased at the same time. Both crapped out 2 weeks apart....
