Creaky at night and frosts up
I moved into apartment and had to give up my beloved3 tier other fridge for this one.TBH I’m probably biased but I hate it. It’s creaky and noisy at night. The bottom frosts up. It has the usual run of the mil crisper drawer built in rather than separate and the shelving levels make no sense. Too narrow or too wide. It’s too huge for me.
As ii said it wasn’t my choice but stylistically it is same old same old. Nothing to see here creatively. Having had a separate drawer crisper with my other fridge there is no going back. I assume it was brough5 for price.
Only lasted 5yrs!! $800 to fix
Loved the fridge until it stopped working almost right on 5yrs. Compressor has a 10yr warranty, however that only covers the part and not the labour, and the gas leak it seems to also have??! 2 weeks to take it away and all of the lost food - Do your research, it's a known issue with LG, hence they provide a 10yr compressor warranty
I'm really happy with my upside down fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a little while to master the ice tray but it works so well flipping the cubes out into the special tray. I use a lot of ice & fill it at least once a day. It's my first fridge with freezer drawers & I really like them too. I'm only short but I never have trouble reaching the back of this fridge & the freezer drawers mean nothing gets forgotten at the back of the freezer either.
