Decent product but limited configurability
We had an LG 8.5KG washer for 12+ years and had no issues. We upgraded due to renovation and migrating to a Euro Laundry. Overall the washer/dryer is great. The thing we miss the most is the "Favourite" mode where you could fully customise your favourite wash set and forget. The LG Tower has a Download cycles but they still don't offer the flexibility of a fully customised wash cycle that we'd use 90% of the time they are pre programmed partially configurable downloadable cycles. We'll get used to it overtime.
