I like the steam function
Had this machine for a few years, maybe 4, just out of extended warranty anyway. Its been making a horrendous groaning noise for a while now, this is the second time it has happened. We got a repair man out to look and he diagnosed the drain pumps as shot so replaced them both with "better quality ones" which have lasted less than a year. Repairs were done last July, machine has been groaning for about 4mths or a bit more.
Why put a 10yr warranty on the inverter but have cheap nasty other parts. We're buying another drain pump and fitting it to hopefully get a bit more life out of a fairly expensive washing machine.
Surely a drain pump should be able to handle more than 3yrs of use? Won't be buying another LG washer.
Solid performer
Bought to replace a broken washer. Works great. Fairly quiet but takes a long time to do a cycle.
Love it!
This washing machine is amazing! The stain cycle removed stains from clothes I was ready to throw in the bin.
