[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the oven for a couple of months now, it is excellent, I'm just going to list the pros and cons below Pro - heats up nice an quickly, - give a nice tone/ sound to let you know when it has reached temperature, - Roller shelves make getting large/ heavy items in and out easier - Cool touch glass front means no one will burn themselves if touch by mistake, or out of curiosity, - Remote access via your phone, lets you control and be notified when it is up to temp - Makes cookies as well if not better than my old oven - plenty of different functions, including pizza oven, and dough proofing - Looks nice too - Self cleaning (have not used yet) - built in recipe book (haven't tried any of them yet) Cons The user interface is a little annoying with a couple of small things, turning off oven effectively 3 button presses (bring up options, select cancel/ turn off, confirm) I get that the confirm is there so you don't turn it off by mistake and not realise it, but not once yet has that "saved me" from turning off the oven accidently and having my food not cooked, for something you do every time you use the oven, the extra step is unnecessary, and a simple audible tone with a downward inflection would let the user know that the oven was turning off, be that intentional or not. I'm being picky, this is more feedback on the product hoping they will change it with an future software update
