Its innovative FlexInduction cooking zone automatically combines two cooking areas into one larger surface, allowing you to cook with oversized cookware, roasting pans or multiple pots with ease. DirectSelect touch controls provide simple access to cooking zones, power levels and functions, while 17 heat settings allow precise adjustments for everything from gentle simmering to rapid boiling.
PerfectFry Plus uses an integrated temperature sensor to maintain consistent pan temperatures across 11 preset levels, helping reduce the risk of burning while delivering more reliable frying results. Power Boost and Pan Boost provide faster heating when you need it, while intelligent cookware detection automatically adapts the cooking zone to the size and position of your cookware.
With Home Connect compatibility, you can personalise favourite functions, access guided cooking assistance, remotely monitor your cooktop and pair it with compatible Bosch rangehoods for automatic ventilation control. Practical features including Keep Warm, QuickStart, ReStart, timers and Pause Function make daily cooking even more convenient.
